Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

  • Answers phone calls and provides important information/ assistance to clients.
  • Ability to demonstrate good customer service.
  • Manage inbound and outbound phone activity from multiple account.
  • Work in collaboration with Metacom Sales and Reimbursement for proper implementation.

Job Qualifications:

  • Onsite Work Setup
  • Open for High School Graduates
  • No previous BPO Experience Required.
  • Must have good English communication skills.
