Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/ assistance to clients.
- Ability to demonstrate good customer service.
- Manage inbound and outbound phone activity from multiple account.
- Work in collaboration with Metacom Sales and Reimbursement for proper implementation.
Job Qualifications:
- Onsite Work Setup
- Open for High School Graduates
- No previous BPO Experience Required.
- Must have good English communication skills.
