Qualifications:

• Must has at least 6 Months of BPO Experience and at least a High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills · Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required
