Job Responsibilities:

Answers phone calls and provides important information/ assistance to clients.
Checks mail, fax and internet mail to provide customer assistance.
Forecast budget requirements, update journal entries and prepare reports on same.
Understand customer financial needs and accordingly recommend suitable bank products.
Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
