• Have interaction with clients to present and process info in response to enquiries, concerns, and needs about products and expert services;
• Collect customer’s info and figure out the problem by assessing and analyzing the problems;
• Detect and handle technical equipment and software program challenges concerning internet connection, electronic mail customers and more;
• Research needed info using accessible solutions;
• Follow traditional functions and treatments;
• Determine and advance priority concerns per Client requirements
• Completed at least 2nd year in college
• Excellent English language conversation skills
• Problem-solving and analytic skills
• Computer and Web proficient
• Willing to deliver the results in Iloilo and be designated to changing work schedules.
