Job Responsibilities:
  • Gather customers information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the issues;
  • Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates
  • Presents the responses to users by analyzing concerns; searching causes; directing consumer thru helpful simple steps. Increases consumer individual references by creating and managing records.Redirect problems to appropriate resource;
  • Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software;
  • Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and clients business
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must at least reached 2nd year College or possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • No BPO experience is required
  • High school graduates are also welcome to apply but BPO experience is required
  • Excellent English language conversation skills
  • Computer and Web proficient
  • Willing to deliver the results in Ortigas and be designated to changing work schedules.
